Are you looking for a role with a classic mix of consultative new business/account management? If so, we have an outstanding opportunity for an Account Manager to join one of the world’s leading communications specialists. You’ll receive a handful of accounts whilst developing new business and working towards a personal monetary target.

  • Manage a range of key accounts, creating growth and ensuring retention
  • Research and develop new business opportunities (This includes identifying key accounts, target sectors and developing detailed plans for growth.)
  • Sell a range of learning solutions training solutions to a variety of industries from professional services, retail, banking and much more.
  • Confidently approach new clients via phone, face-to-face and at exhibitions and industry relevant events
  • Create a realistic pipeline of business and accurate forecast
  • Create outstanding written proposals and ensuring new business is secured
  • Work towards achievable KPI’s and a personal monetary target


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Relationship building ability and research skills
  • Great time management and organisational skills
  • Fantastic persuasion and negotiation skills


  • Minimum 2 years experience in a B2B environment selling training solutions
  • Experience of using a consultative approach to sell client-focused solutions
  • Confidently generate new business leads and convert warm leads
  • Have a consultative sales approach and be comfortable discussing learning solutions with prospective clients
  • Hungry, driven and self-motivated
  • Experience hitting a personal sales target c500K


  • Educated to degree level or equivalent is essential preferably in English Language or equivalent


  • Any sales training, English or business-writing qualifications are highly desirable
