Here is a great opportunity to join the one of the fastest growing sectors globally. Our client, a leading supplier of EdTech, is expanding their Account Management team. The successful candidate will contribute to the companies continued growth by hitting and exceeding sales targets within existing accounts, while generating new business opportunities. Travel into the East Midlands based office 3-4 days per week is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Research and understand assigned accounts to plan and execute appropriate sales activities.
  • Meet KPI’s for client contact, client meetings and sales pipelines.
  • Utilize a variety of channels to generate leads eg: calling, digital and face-to-face meetings, social media marketing and networking.
  • Use the CRM to record and report on all sales activity and contact and to prepare reports ahead of client meetings.

Skills

  • Field sales experience, managing corporate clients and a SaaS products in a consultative manner.
  • Proactive approach when reaching out to prospective clients.
  • Strong written, communications and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to establish and build on long term client relationships.
  • Excellent organisational and timekeeping skills.

Experience

  • Previous experience within a business development or account management focused role.
  • Proven track record achieving personal sales targets.
  • Previous experience working with or selling a SaaS product is essential.
  • Demonstrable experience using and updating CRM systems to record sales activity.

Education

  • Educated to a degree level or equivalent is beneficial.
