An awesome opportunity has arisen with a multi-award-winning digital learning and software company, which focuses on designing and developing custom digital experiences for organisations. They are looking for a Customer Success Executive to develop and maintain strong service levels and relationships with clients, to achieve customer success and exceed revenues. Hybrid working in Nottingham.

Responsibilities
- Conduct and keep up-to-date detailed client research
- Be responsible for client engagement activities
- Attend client meetings and arrange internal meetings for and on behalf of Account Managers
- Ensure professional communication skills with assigned clients, via email, phone etc
- Create sales quotations, statements of work and commercial proposals
- Arrange internal strategy meetings and then contribute to the strategy for client accounts
- Support the detailed maintenance of client data records with the CRM
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong research skills to support lead generation
- Excellent time management skills in order to meet deadlines
- Ability to identify new sales opportunities within client organisations
- Proficient numeracy skills to support creating of proposals and quotations
Experience
- Experience working within the digitalIT software services industry would be advantageous
- Minimum of 3 years experience within a sales or customer service-related environment
Education
- Educated to a degree level is desirable
Qualifications
- Certifications in relevant areas are desirable
