Customer Success Manager - Home-Based

Our client is looking for an experienced and dynamic Customer Success professional to join our team, with the focus on supporting new customers as they transition from sales prospects to active users of all member services and the management of existing customers to ensure retention and growth. Working in partnership with the Sales team you will be responsible for the relationship we have with our clients, prospects and networks. This means delivering faultless customer experience, making, and developing meaningful connections, developing a deep understanding of what our clients really want.

Responsibilities

  • Identify sales opportunities through targeted support activity and working with the clients internal teams.
  • Introduce innovative ways of communicating with the clients member base.
  • Keep the CRM system up to date with extensive customer information.
  • Be the go-to contact for our clients members and understand, prioritise, and escalate client feedback.
  • Become an expert in the clients business model then share this knowledge with members through implementation sessions that have benefit and impact
  • Work with other teams to transform the client journey into a seamless experience to develop multiyear, multi product contracts.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years experience of providing customer success andor project management services to the LD market.
  • Salesforce experience.

  • Degree or equivalent qualification highly desirable.
