Account Executive - SaaS/HR/L&D

£50K-£60K + £90K OTE

An exceptional opportunity with a leading provider of innovative HR and L&D SaaS solutions. Focused on identifying opportunities, you will leverage your network of HR and L&D contacts to attract and win new clients.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with and sell to senior stakeholders within the L&D/HR arena
  • Achieve set personal sales targets
  • Conduct research to identify new opportunities and engage with identified contacts
  • Manage the full sales cycle from identification through to closure
  • Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing team to build a pipeline of good opportunities to develop and convert
  • Contribute to developing the sales strategy

 

Skills

  • Confident engaging with and talking to stakeholders of all levels with L&D/HR
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Adept at writing high quality sales proposals
  • Highly organised and results focused
  • Good presentation and software demonstration skills
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Commercial acumen, adept at winning profitable business
  • Commission focused

 

Experience

  • Several years of experience selling SaaS solutions
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets of at least 500K per annum
  • A proven track record of effectively engaging with and influencing senior HR and executive level contacts.
  • Experience of conducting software demonstrations

Education

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent is preferable.
