Responsibilities
- Ensure all leads and contacts are followed up in a timely and professional manner
- Self sourcing pipeline by prospecting new clients
- Carry out effective research for call and meetings
- Accurately log all activities on the clients CRM
- Meet targets and work in line with KPIs
- Support and work in collaboration with Account Managers, Client Success, Marketing and Operations teams
Skills
- A hunter mentality and a strong commercial acumen
- High standard of interpersonal skills, professional confidence and tenacity
- Proven track record of consistently high call rates
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Strong sense of customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience
- Minimum one year in a B2B sales or Sales Development role
Education
- GCSEs in Maths and English
