With an enviable client list and ambitious growth plans, our client, a provider of creative learning solutions is seeking a skilled, consultative sales professional to play a pivotal role in growing the business. The role will encompass both the growth of existing clients and developing new business opportunities (Approximately 50/50). You will possess a successful track record of several years scoping and selling learning solutions in leadership, change management and related areas to senior L&D and HR decision makers. Travel to the London office twice a week on average is required.
Responsibilities
● Create and develop strategic account and sector growth plans
● Achievement of sales targets, both account growth and new name business
● Identify and engage with appropriate new contacts within L&D, HR and other areas
● Utilise your existing networks of contacts within L&D/HR to maximum effect
● Cultivate and strengthen existing client relationships for account growth
● Develop a strong pipeline of potential opportunities within both prospective and existing clients
● Position and sell a range of leadership and sales enablement programmes
● Lead and/or participate in scoping meetings with clients to understand complex learning requirements and organisational challenges
● Collaborate with sales and marketing to co-ordinate relevant initiatives
● Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s offerings and keep updated on industry developments
● Make commercially astute decisions on pricing, delivery, service level agreements etc.
