Corporate Account Manager - L&D

£40K Basic Salary + £65k OTE

Our client is looking for an exceptional Account Manager with a flair for people skills, complemented by a strategic, consultative, and inventive approach to client relationship management. The role will be 60%- 70% new business focused.   • Initiate and deliver new business campaigns aligned with the business objectives.
  • Create new business through lead generation, outreach, and direct engagement.
  • Achieve sales growth in line with agreed targets.
  • Forge and sustain positive relationships with existing clients.
  • Predict and monitor key account indicators, such as the sales pipeline and quarterly results.
  • Generate detailed account status reports.
  • Augment the customer portfolio and take holistic charge of client accounts, playing a pivotal team role.


  • Proven consultative selling and managing sales pipelines.
  • Target-driven, dynamic persona.
  • Excellent listening and problem-resolution capabilities.
  • Experience communicating and influencing top-tier stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
  • History of crafting client-centric solutions tailored to specific needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities.


  • 2 years in a sales role within the LD sector.
  • Experience engaging with and selling to senior LD stakeholders in the private sector.


  • Educated to a degree level is desirable.
