In this role, you will be responsible for both the day-to-day management, and the strategic direction of learning in the business for internal employees. You will have the opportunity to set up the L&D function from the ground up and shape the direction of learning experiences. This role can be located in London or Manchester with travel into the office 3 times a week and 2 days of working from home.
