Key responsibilities

  • Develop an ongoing global content strategy
  • Create engaging, high quality, innovative and interactive learning solutions
  • Drive a digital learning culture and increase user adoption
  • Design blended learning materials including video, podcasts and info-graphics
  • Design exciting digital learning resources and monitor usage of digital content
  • Manage the digital learning development lifecycle, including training needs analysis (TNA), storyboarding, innovative design and development of content


  • Qualified in a range of instructional design practices


  • Educated in a range of languages is desirable


  • Proven experience in a creative and innovative design focused role developing fabulous learning solutions
  • Previous experience storyboarding, scripting and developing digital learning assets
  • Experience with rapid authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate)


  • Strong technical skills inclusive of SCORM and the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple projects at any given time
  • Experience managing stakeholders across locations
  • Hankering to join an amazing team of co-workers and relocate to Barcelona
  • Must be able to showcase a portfolio of work to be considered for this role
