A truly fantastic opportunity for a curious and knowledgeable Senior Learning Consultant to join a well-established consultancy providing high-quality learning and development solutions, including classroom, virtual, VR and eLearning.
You will provide thought leadership throughout the pre-sale phases and work with clients to scope out compelling learning solutions, using your knowledge and skills to challenge and understand learning requirements.

Responsibilities
- Attend pre-sales calls with the commercial team to bring L&D knowledge and advise on the best solutions for the needs of the client
- Conduct discovery workshops and lead focus groups with clients for custom requests, including scoping and proposing ideas for a learning solution
- Brief the project managers and the design team internally on numerous projects to ensure they have a strong understanding of the objectives
- Manage the relationship with the clients, by attending regular client calls to provide insight on project plans
- Champion quality assurance to ensure design and delivery is of the highest standard
Skills
- Credible and curious L&D professional with a “can do” approach
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills with the ability to confidently consult with clients and liaise with internal teams
- Knowledgeable in the latest trends in learning and development
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and work in an agile, fast paced environment
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a Senior Learning Consultant - LOD role, or similar, working with external clients
- Significant experience of consulting with external clients throughout the full learning and development design lifecycle
- Experience designing and delivering talent development programmes
Education
- Educated to degree level BA or BSc or equivalent qualifications
- Qualifications within Psychology or Learning and Development are desirable
