Senior Learning Consultant

£60K-£70k Basic Salary

A truly fantastic opportunity for a curious and knowledgeable Senior Learning Consultant to join a reputable organisation within the financial sector. The Senior Learning will consult with clients to understand their learning needs and provide thought leadership to scope out compelling learning solutions, using knowledge and skills to challenge and understand learning requirements. This role requires a minimum of 1 day a week in the London office.

  • Conduct discovery workshops with clients to understand learning needs
  • Scope and propose ideas for a suitable blended learning solution, considering different delivery options and blends
  • Lead the design and innovation of the learning solution
  • Manage the relationship with the clients, by attending’ client calls to provide insight on project plans
  • Champion quality assurance to ensure design and delivery is of the highest standard


  • Credible L&D professional with a “can do” approach
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills with the ability to confidently consult with clients and liaise with internal teams
  • Knowledgeable in the latest trends in learning and development
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and work in an agile, fast paced environment


  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a Senior Learning Consultant role, or similar, working with external clients
  • Significant experience of consulting with external clients throughout the full learning and development design lifecycle
  • Experience designing and delivering talent development programmes


  • Learning and Development related qualifications are desirable
