Learning Consultant

Our client, an award-winning soft-skills training provider is seeking a dedicated learning professional who will design and deliver classroom training and VILT on topics, such as leadership and personal effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with new and existing clients to define and refine learning objectives, recommending appropriate and innovative solutions
  • Collaborate with the sales team on presentations and proposals
  • Design learning solutions, ensuring they are align with the company’s methodology and up to date with the latest learning trends
  • Update existing learning materials
  • Facilitate training workshops both in person and via Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT)
  • Hybrid role with travel to the Bracknell office typically twice a week and travel across the UK and Europe to facilitate (approximately 1 week per month)

Skills

  • Confident communicator with excellent facilitation skills
  • A creative and problem solving mindset
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Good analytical skills to identify and interpret clients learning objectives
  • Well organised with the ability to work to deadlines

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years experience designing and delivering training, in person and virtually, on soft skills
  • Experience in a client-facing role, holding discovery workshops to understand learning needs

Education

  • An LD qualification e.g., CIPD would be desirable
