Are you a learning delivery professional, looking to broaden your skillset within learning design? Then this is the role for you! In this role, you will be working closely with the learning design team to curate content for digital learning solutions, as well as having the ability to be involved in the design of content. This role will require travel into the office in Yorkshire or East-Midlands twice a week, with flexibility for remote working three days a week.

Responsibilities
- Support with the curation of multimedia content to support the learning, including animations, graphics, and videos
- Ensure the content is of high quality and consistent with the brand
- Working closely with stakeholders and SMEs, understanding requirements, and suggesting suitable solutions to meet the learning needs
- Project manage multiple projects simultaneously, tracking engagement and have the opportunity to upskill in learning design
Skills
- A creative individual with a passion for developing skills in learning design
- An organised individual who is eager to learn and can manage multiple projects at once
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal
Experience
- 2 years experience in a Learning Coordinator or Learning Administrator role
- Proven track record in learning project coordination
Education
- Qualifications in multimedia or graphic design are desirable

Manage projects
Initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing the work of teams on L&D projects to achieve goals and meet success criteria.
