A special opportunity for a forward-thinking Learning Experience Designer with a passion for producing engaging and creative digital learning content for a rapidly growing organization's bespoke blended learning function.

Responsibilities

  • Create project briefs that capture the clients’ requirements and technical specifications
  • Produce and design scalable content using a range of authoring tools
  • Design and develop content that incorporates video, audio, custom animation, and imagery
  • Brainstorm and contribute ideas and solutions that create immersive and interactive learning experience
  • Edit and produce graphics for digital content when needed using Articulate Storyline

Skills

  • Passion for creative thinking
  • Strong collaboration skills who works incredibly well with L&D teams
  • Ability to confidently communicate and present ideas to internal or external stakeholders
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Able to work across multiple projects and be flexible to changes

Experience

  • Experience developing learning content using Articulate 360 Rise Storyline and the Adobe Suite is desirable
  • Familiar with digital UI, UX, and mobile responsive design principals is desirable

Education

  • Educated to a degree level is desirable
