Responsibilities

  • Present an expert understanding of modern learning technologies, recommending new innovative tools
  • Display knowledge and provide insight into how technology can support contemporary and engaging learning design
  • Evaluate release roadmaps of the existing technologies and then recommend and demonstrate what to implement
  • Inspire and drive experimentation projects with new and inventive learning technologies and tools, e.g. AR, VR and AI
  • Give support to team members with releases, implementations, and testing. Continuously improving the overall learner experience

Skills

  • Fluent in testing new technology approaches
  • Passionate and committed to capability development to both yourself and to others
  • Able to manage complex networks of stakeholders with demanding urgent targets
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritise continuously and work independently under pressure
  • Capable of forming strong collaborative professional relationships 

Experience

  • A proven track record of delivering results to a global environment
  • Minimum of 5 years experience within a learning technologies-related role

Education

  • Educated to a degree level is desirable

Qualifications

  • Certifications in relevant areas are desirable
