A multi-award-winning global leader in the learning platform industry is looking for an Implementation Solutions Manager to take ownership of impactful projects, solve complex problems, build positive relationships, and manage client expectations at an expert level. 1-2 days per month London office.

  • Understand the client’s objectives and needs, and manage the implementation of effective solutions
  • Advise and suggest possible improvements where you see opportunities
  • Onboard new clients efficiently and effectively
  • Working closely with the technical support teams to ensure managing issues efficiently
  • Report and monitor key metrics, such as engagement, project timelines and client satisfaction
  • Manage client expectations and negotiate when necessary to reach outcomes that work for both for the client and the business
  • Use the CRM software solutions to ensure successful handovers to internal teams


  • Personable with the ability to build rapport and strong trusted relationships
  • Able to handle varied workload and pivot from project to project efficiently
  • Adaptable to change and enjoy frequent feedback
  • Thrive in fast-paced, start-up environments


  • Minimum of 1-year experience in SaaS platform implementation, client services or delivery
  • Previous experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience working in Learning and Development
  • Experience using tech tools like MS 365 and Monday.com


  • Educated to a degree level is desirable


  • Certifications in relevant areas are desirable
