LMS Administrator

An excellent opportunity for an experienced LMS Administrator to join a well-established, growing L&D function within the health sector. In this role, you will be responsible for administering the company’s Learning Management System (LMS) and ensuring internal employees have access to the learning.

Responsibilities

  • Administer the Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS), including uploading eLearning courses, creating events, providing version control
  • Provide support to learners, acting as a first point of contact for any user queries, including password reset, login issues etc
  • Liaise with LMS supplier regarding any support or technical issues
  • Collaborate with line managers across the business to determine which learning is necessary for each learner’s induction
  • Upload learning courses onto the LMS and test to ensure they work efficiently
  • Run reports to monitor course take up and learner engagement

Skills

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative working style
  • Good IT knowledge with proven capability in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of a Learning Management System, e.g. Cornerstone, Totara etc
  • Knowledge of quality management processes and procedures

Experience

  • 2 years of experience administering a Learning Management System LMS, e.g. Cornerstone, Totara, Kallidus
  • Experience of providing 1st line support to users

Education

  • Learning Technology related qualifications are beneficial but not essential
