Marketing Manager

Our client, a successful, global learning provider is looking for a highly organised and creative Marketing Manager. The role will involve ensuring efficient planning, execution and operations of marketing campaigns and lead management processes with the effective use of marketing automation tools.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and activities to support our client's growth objectives.
  • Take responsibility for the implementation of  key marketing systems and the integrate with the business development tools and processes.
  • Help to support and develop the website.
  • Oversee SEO, paid adverts and social media activity while working closely with the partner agencies to implement, optimise and report on performance.
  • Develop and drive the marketing database strategies and execution in relation to our client's growth objectives.
  • Manage, monitor, analyse and produce key marketing metrics, in order measure the performance of the marketing activity.
  • To help communicate the client's brand, proposition and USPs in order to raise awareness among target customer groups and stimulate sustainable demand.
  • Executing marketing activities effectively using tools such as HubSpot and Drupal.
  • Work with third-party marketing suppliers and suggesting new opportunities to extend marketing activities.
  • Directly manage the Marketing Executive and collaborate with the rest of the marketing and creative team.

Skills

  • Be proficient in the use of paid media marketing, as well as experience working with website CMS tools, Google Analytics and SEO tools/marketing.
  • A good understanding of marketing automation and CRM tools, including experience of lead scoring, nurturing flows, ROI, and forecasting.
  • Agency management experience.
  • Experience of data analysis, performance tracking and dashboard reporting - capable of conveying complex concepts in simplified, easy to understand, and digestible terms.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office. Proficient in HubSpot, Google Analytics & Ads, LinkedIn ads, CRM, email, and content marketing systems.
  • Strong understanding of GDPR and its application to marketing activities.
  • People management experience.
  • Delivering successful campaigns on time and within budget that generate good quality leads.

Experience

  • Minimum 4 years B2B marketing experience across all marketing activities
  • A specialism and expertise in Hubspot and marketing data analysis
  • Previous marketing operations and budget management experience highly desirable but not essential.

Education

  • MA or post-graduate diploma in digital marketing or other relevant subject is preferred.
