You’ll also lead the bid process for new business, including preparing proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the bid process for new business
- Manage and maintain customer agreements and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) ensuring customer satisfaction
- Analyse financial data to forecast revenue, creating budgets, using that data to make strategic decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product offerings and the pricing strategies
- Help to identify market trends, new revenue streams and developing strategies
Skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Strategic thinker with a passion for sales and marketing
- Ability to work effectively with remote and cross functional teams
- Strong English skills in verbal, reading and writing, (knowledge of other languages is advantageous)
Experience
- Proven track record of developing and winning product bids and proposals
- Experience in the digital learning industry from a product management or commercial perspective
- 5 years minimum commercial experience particularly relating to bids and proposals
Education
- Certifications in relevant areas are advantageous
