  • Project manage the end-to-end learning lifecycle of digital projects, ensuring the learning is delivered on time, to budget and of high quality
  • Lead and liaise with client to understand their learning needs and requirements, challenging and influencing their needs to support the best outcome of the learning journeys
  • Cooperate with the creative teams to produce artistic eLearning content with an own understanding of tools such as HTML5
  • Continuously liaise with key stakeholders on the progress of the projects, milestones and emerging issues
  • Monitor project progress and adapt plans as needed to achieve successful project delivery


  • Creative and enthusiastic with a passion for design
  • Agile with the ability to deal with ambiguity from clients
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously


  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a project manager role in learning and development industry or related fields, ideally with exposure to compliance content
  • Experience of liaising with external clients to understand learning needs
  • Proven experience of designing engaging learning solutions using tools such as HTML5
  • Experience of project managing the full learning lifecycle


  • A qualification within project management is desirable
