£50K-£70K Basic + £20K Bonus

An exciting opportunity with a provider of AI powered compliance, learning and performance and behavioural change solutions with an enviable client base. As an Account Director you will be responsible for growing a select number of accounts by engaging with and influencing key client stakeholders, maximising their investment, identifying their challenges and pain points and helping in the pre-implementation stages when required.

  • Manage and grow a selection of key accounts
  • Achieve personal sales and account growth targets (Circa £700K)
  • Create and implement contact strategies and account plans
  • Anticipate client needs and discover new opportunities within new divisions of existing accountsDevelop new business via warm lead conversion and outbound activity
  • Lead client engagement activities and deliver client service excellence
  • Achieve trusted adviser status through solutions based engagement
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, sales and development teams

  • Several years of success as a Client Success Manager, Account Manager Account Director role, or similar
  • Sales experience within EdTech, or an LD, change management focused consultancy
  • Proven ability to achieve personal annual sales targets of 500K to 1M
  • Experience of dealing with senior stakeholders in different countries and time zones
  • Experience of selling to senior HR, LD and compliance decision makers
  • Proven history of identifying, closing and developing new name business
  • A genuine interest in areas such as LD, performance improvement and risk management


  • Degree level or equivalent would be beneficial


  • Formal training in any sales methodologies would be an advantage
