Our client, a well-established learning technology provider is looking for a Learning Technology Advisor who will be advising clients and actively selling their learning technology products. This role is office based with the flexibility to work from home 2-3 days a week.

Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for inbound sales enquiries via telephone and email
- Explore immediate and future opportunities early in the sales cycle to identify additional income
- Manage internal systems to ensure existing customers and prospects are put in touch with the most appropriate person
- Build strong relationships with customers based on trust and credibility
- Successfully review customer data in the CRM to create target growth lists and plan engagement activity
- Reengage with lapsed or ex-customers to re-introduce products and services
- Collaborate with Sales Consultants in line with sector strategies to generate sales opportunities through outbound activity
- Handover highly qualified leads to a Sales Consultants for demonstration, further qualification, and conversion
Skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative working style
- Proven capability in Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrable evidence of organisational and administrative skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all working areas
Experience
- 1-2 years experience in a customer service, customer support or sales role
- Experience generating new business sales from a range of sources is desirable
- An understanding of the Learning Development industry is desirable
Education
- Related qualifications are desirable but not essential
