Client Success Manager

As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving the execution of the overall account strategy. You will manage client relationships through consistent accountability, measuring KPI performance and providing an overall customer-centric experience. You will collaborate with account teams, acting as point of contact throughout the client journey; communicating effectively and providing outstanding service to clients. Your main responsibility lies within client retention: managing the client relationship, meeting all deadlines and fulfilling deliverables against a set strategy and providing high-level reporting, which in turn, helps retain client spend. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join a highly driven, vibrant Client Success division. This is a hybrid role, combining home working with working out of our clients' London office on Tuesdays & Thursdays.

  • Act as day-to-day point of contact for clients, responsible for client satisfaction and helping clients in gaining the most from the product or service they've purchased
  • Provide a high level of customer service at all times, ensuring you are in regular communication with clients
  • Provide campaign analysis and reporting for each client; providing a strong business case around the ROI delivered and the justification for continued partnership with each client
  • You will be responsible for meeting all key deadlines across integrated campaigns, communicating effectively and working with the wider marketing, operations and editorial teams to successfully deliver against all products
  • Understanding our client’s explicit business needs and requirements in a fast-moving market is essential to the role, and therefore you will need to keep up to date with industry news as well as marketing trends to ensure we offer the most suitable solutions to each client


  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple, senior-level stakeholders across different divisions
  • Effective organisational and time management skills
  • Proven experience of project management 


  • 3 years experience in a Client Success Client Management role in a B2B setting


  • Educated to degree level is desirable
