Senior Account Executive - SaaS/L&D/HR

£60K-£80K Basic + £85K-£120K OTE

A fantastic career opportunity with a fast growing and truly international provider of innovative learning technologies and solutions with a great list of clients. As part of their growth plans in the UK, they are seeking a focused new business sales professional to join an existing team with experience of engaging with and selling to senior stakeholders within the L&D and HR arena.

  • Identify, develop and close business with new logos
  • Leverage your existing network of contacts within L&D/HR to win new business
  • Profile and develop existing client accounts as part of a growth strategy
  • Achieve and exceed personal sales targets
  • Collaborate with SDR’s and Marketing to develop new leads
  • Demonstrate and present the company’s range of solutions to identified prospects
  • As accurately as possible forecast monthly, quarterly and annual revenue figures
  • Create compelling sales proposals and respond to RFP’s in collaboration with the wider teams


  • Proven ability to work autonomously under minimal supervision
  • Adept at influencing both internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent rapport building skills
  • Demonstrable track record achieving personal sales targets
  • Proven success harnessing sales methodologies such as SPIN, Challenger etc.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and commercial acumen with the ability to navigate complex SaaS contracts
  • Able to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
  • Energetic, results-focused and commission driven


  • Several years of experience in a SaaS related sales role
  • Experience of selling LDHR software products
  • Achievement of personal sales targets Minimum 500K per annum
  • Experience of developing strategic account growth and business development plans


  • A business related degree or equivalent is beneficial.
