SaaS Account Executive - German speaking

€75K-€85K Basic + €120K OTE

Our client, a fast growing provider of innovative learning technologies, is looking for an ambitious and dynamic sales professional with a track record of success in the digital learning and/or learning technologies arena. Joining an international sales team, You will be adept at identifying, navigating and closing high value deals with sales cycles of 4 to 12 months typically. The role can be based in Germany or the UK.

  • Ownership of the full sales cycle, from identification and nurture to negotiation and close.
  • Collaborate with the SDR team and progress qualified leads passed to you via the team
  • Utilise consultative sales skills to develop rapport and build relationships
  • Achieve personal sales targets, build sales pipeline and maintain accurate revenue forecasts
  • Work closely with colleagues in sales, marketing and client success
  • Attend seminars, webinars and conference when appropriate


  • Fluent German speaking with good writing skills
  • Results focused and conscientious
  • Outstanding rapport building and communication skills
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Adept at writing sales proposals and RFP’s
  • A solid understanding of digital learning/L&D and learning technologies is highly advantageous


  • Several years of SaaS sales experience
  • Established network of senior contacts in LD and HR
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets of at least 500K per annum
  • Proven ability to effectively articulate and position LD solutions to prospective clients
  • Adept at working effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment


  • A business related degree or equivalent is an advantage.
