Responsibilities
- Proactively seek out and develop new business opportunities, promoting a diverse range of learning solutions and services
- Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, emails, social media, and industry events
- Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline, with a focus on developing long-term relationships and building a portfolio of clients
- Engage in consultative selling, understanding client needs and aligning solutions to deliver value
- Translate client requirements into effective solutions, creating value through tailored learning services
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to secure long-term partnerships
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless client solutions
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, providing regular updates on performance and ensuring CRM systems are fully up-to-date

Experience
- Demonstrable experience in identifying and securing new clients
- Experience in a consultative sales environment, with a focus on understanding client needs and delivering appropriate solutions
- Experience in selling LD or HR solutions to senior stakeholders
- A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and commercial KPIs
Education
- Any LD related qualifications are desirable but not essential
